For many years, Lift and the swissnex network have shared common interests: discussing, promoting, and piloting projects related to technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, art, and science.
In February 2015, representatives from all six swissnex offices (San Francisco, Boston, Rio de Janeiro, Bangalore, Singapore and Shanghai) will join the Lift conference, bringing with them an exciting program featuring:
A workshop by David Li, foreman and co-founder of XinCheJian, China’s first hackerspace and co-founder of the think tank Hacked Matter, and Sophia Lin, Art Curator and Founder of Make+ and Basement 6 Collective.
A masterclass on the Future of Learning, aiming to inspire participants to collectively brainstorm what the future of learning might look like.
A lounge to meet and exchange with swissnex’s international network and learn about their newest projects.
Masterclass on the Future of Learning
With leading experts who are shaping today’s educational landscape, the class gives a “tour d’horizon”, examining the evolution of current models, and explores the technologies that have the power to change the way people learn.
This journey from the present into the future will help the audience to understand new opportunities, as well as challenges for society, from the impact on human capital to the evolution of traditional educational institutions. This masterclass is presented by swissnex, whose global network and expertise in education and innovation will bring in perspectives from around the world in order to imagine the future of learning in its global dimension.
